We aren't sure how to work with your web services. What can we do?

This is a full integration service - we can provide:

  • Advice and evaluation as to how our services can best be embedded and integrated into your own
  • Provision of mockups and system design
  • Management and delivery of technical resources to do the work

We don't just give you an API doc and leave you to it. We ensure your data distribution services work perfecly.

What if we need a new web service you don't currently provide?

What is your data backup policy?

Our backup policy is as follows:

  • We operate replicated server clusters meaning that data entering one server is immediately replicated on a mirrored box giving instant backup
  • All servers contain local drives that take a nightly snapshots
  • Offsite backups are run once a week to carry all data to a geographically independent location
Where will our data be stored?

Our primary server clusters are fully managed by the Positive Internet company who run servers for the likes of Abbey National, HSBC and the BBC. Positives' servers are based in a collocation facility in Cambridge, further details here http://www.positive-internet.com/services/positive-park.

However, we can provide localized server environments for your own data if you would like it maintained within your own country or territory, please discuss this when you contact us.

Are there any limitations on the type of posting destinations that can be added?

No.
Typical posting destinations are advertising destinations such as job boards and websites, blogging sites and social networks, mobile media and SEO related data tranmission - but there are no limits on other places you'd like to send data using the intergration kit to add new destinations.

What posting destinations can I add using the Integration Kit?

Anything you want.
Obvious examples are job boards, blog sites, social networks, personal and corporate websites, communications with PR destinations, car, boat and housing portals - but anything you'd like to add, we can connect to it.

What data transmission types are supported by idibu?

Data transmission types currently supported by idibu are:
